Software Developers C/C++ - Windows System Software and Device Drivers

We are constantly searching for Windows system software and device driver developers for our Philippine office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City to solve highly demanding programming challenges.

datronic writes Windows drivers for a large variety of state of the art PC devices such as mice, joysticks, game steering wheels, displays, sound cards, storage adapters and many more. This includes drivers and system software for embedded systems like digital airplane cameras, audio sound servers, HF radio telecom switching equipment, etc. Our customers include some of the biggest names in the commercial and industry sectors both in Europe and the USA.

Software Engineer (Manila/Philippines)

Location:
Philippines - Manila National Capital Reg - Ortigas Center Pasig City

Responsibilities:
1. Development of Windows device driver and Windows system software for customers manufacturing embedded hardware devices (e.g. medical ultrasound scanner, digital airplane camera, sound server, etc.), and customers manufacturing consumer PC hardware devices (e.g. mice, webcams, gaming wheels, microphone arrays, etc.).
2. Research work and prototype software development for customer projects, or company internal purposes like development of documentations for company training course material.

Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experience in software development and/or design
- Min. 3 years experience in programming language C and/or C++
- Knowledge about object oriented design and development
- Interested in solving highly demanding programming challenges
- Interested in working in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Quick learner and can work with minimum supervision
- Team player


Optional (preferred) Skills and Experience:
- Experience with multithreaded and parallel programming
- Experience with low level system software development
- Experience with hardware related software development
- Knowledge or experience in software development on Windows operating system
